Introduction
“Life is not a bed of roses”, a common phrase we all know and use and most probably one that rang true on one or more occasions in our lives.
Most of us go through events that lead us to find ourselves faced with the feeling that the life we have is no longer fulfilling our needs.
I am a great believer that we are all ultimately responsible for creating own happiness, yet I have also come to realise that we sometimes need some support and guidance to make the necessary changes to achieve greater things in life. This is where my niche lies.
I designed my coaching model as a thinking and action designing process to support my clients focus on the best way to get out of a situation they feel stuck in and reach for their true potential.

The RISE coaching model
R Realise what your current situation is and what you would like to address
As the coaching session begins, the coach guides the client to not only understand their current situation but also define what they would like to address and achieve during the time they have with their coach.
The coach listens carefully and asks questions to understand whether there may be an issue beneath the issue and to discover the client’s motivations and values.
This process enables the client to establish a clear session goal aligned with their needs and desires.
The T.O.M.S technique is very useful it successfully conduct this part of the session (Topic, Outcome, Meaning / Motivation, Success Measure), using questions such as
As my coaching business grows, my intention is ultimately found myself in a position to offer reduced-rate coaching sessions to struggling young adults who are keen to find their purpose in life.
I believe this coaching model will serve them well too.
