By now the client will be moving beyond his/her comfort zones, through newer territory, experiencing some unknowns. Getting additional clarity on how they are progressing, how far they have come and how easy it has been can be great source of motivation to keep them moving towards their goals.
It also helps them to know if they are on track or have they deviated, if it’s the latter then I work with them to help them realize how they could come back on track and stay focused. Areas that covered here will be:

Having helped the client become aware, make a life plan and also having got them to start taking action towards their goals, I now start supporting them in becoming aware of what’s working how that could be scaled up, leveraged & used for further growth.
By now they start figuring out their own success formula, some of which could be repeated for similar or greater results in the future.
The tracking stage is also the kaizen stage, the client is focusing on continuous improvement, their mantra as they continue to move to higher levels of success is ‘what gets measured, gets improved upon’ and what involve tracking and taking action on behaviors, actions based on the following questions:
