Introduction
Pact
The dictionary defines pact as
an agreement between two or more parties for mutual advantage
My A- PACT coaching model is built on the concept of the client having a pact with himself/herself for their individual growth and advancement.
A – PACT stands for
- Awareness
- Planning
- Action
- Clarity
- Tracking
Awareness is the fulcrum that keeps 4 key elements moving, each feeding into and off from the other for greater insights, momentum and growth.
