A Coaching Model By Adele Chee, Life & Leadership Coach, UNITED KINGDOM
Coaching Model – S.P.A.R.K. © Self-Alignment Model
The S.P.A.R.K.© self-alignment model is derived from the idea that authenticity and fulfillment are linked. That is, a thriving environment where one can be their unique self and strive for their own personal goals.
In order to live authentically, one needs to first know what makes them unique. This includes understanding and acknowledging their values, personality, strengths, and circumstances. Then, to live a fulfilling life, one needs to be clear on their purpose, motivation, vision, and goals – appreciating the fact that only they can live their lives, no one else can, and neither can they live someone else’s.
This coaching model is designed to help individuals gain clarity of their remarkable selves and align this with their distinctive goals to live an authentic life and be fulfilled with the life that they have. With the S.P.A.R.K.© self-alignment model, one will feel more empowered to make decisions and take actions that can transform their lives so that they live their extraordinary lives, ordinarily.
The S.P.A.R.K.© Self-Alignment Model
The S.P.A.R.K.© self-alignment model has been specially created to help strengthen the relationship you have with yourself. What this means is that all the elements of your core i.e. values, strength, vision, and purpose are clear and aligned.
When this happens, you will trust and believe in your abilities to make decisions and take action. This will see you set goals that are right for you and create personal strategies that deploy your skills to where your passion thrives and realize your aspirations.
With this model, you can break the chains of these fears – judgment, failure, success, and the unknown – that have been holding you back from achieving what is already yours. Instead of limiting yourself to live a life that is expected out of you or driven by your circumstances, you can create possibilities to live the life that you want.

Self
Identify your values, strengths, and vision.
In order to make authentic choices, it is important to discover what makes you whole – your wants, needs, tolerations, boundaries; respect your worth (shape how you view yourself); recognize what you can contribute (your abilities) as well as endure (your capabilities); and identify the impact that you want to realize.
Purpose
Connect with your true motivations.
Establish your reason for being you and have a real appreciation of your intentions. This endorses the goal* you aim to achieve.
*It is important to also consider intangible matters as goals to achieve e.g. experiences, feelings, perceptions, etc
Action
Take accountability.
Being accountable to yourself sustains the advancement* toward your goal.
*It is vital to know that you don’t have to go on this journey alone; asking for help is evidence of strength and wisdom.
Reward
Celebrate successes.
Celebrating minor and major milestones acknowledges the progress made, motivating further growth.
