Have you ever experienced ideas that have not been “fully baked”? Living your best life is not complicated if you start with the right ingredients. All you need to have to achieve your goals and dreams are inside you just waiting for the right combination to unlock them and become your masterpiece….or maybe your best meal, yet.
Imagine mixing together different ingredients and making a lovely cake or beautiful pasta dish. Then there are the times when it just didn’t turn out right, tasting flat or bland or overcooked.
And, sometimes there is just TOO much spice.
This is a great jumping off point for a way of living our best life from the inside out.
We have everything we need in our pantries, for our inner lives brim over with exceptional ingredients and talents yet undiscovered.
As Coaches we look to help our clients find those ingredients/talents within themselves.
Master chefs/coaches can help the client/apprentice discover that their inner pantry is full instead of lacking, enabling many successful combinations of life experiences that are similar to fine dining experiences. Imagine savoring a perfectly balanced tomato bisque soup. Taste the subtle but distinctive flavors: first might be a green flavor of basil or the tang of a vine-ripened tomato or the silkiness of cream, and of course the right amount of salt and spice. How does it taste?
Finding the doorway to your own brimming inner pantry of ingredients and talents starts with:
All of these ingredients are available with the help of a master chef/coach to guide and inspire the steps to co-creating your best life.
Truly recognizing your Self by becoming more self-aware is the first step, realizing one has a store of good ingredients right in one’s own home. Embrace the whole of what and whom you are by opening the door to your inner pantry and really seeing what is available to “cook” with today. Create compassion for self and others by accepting the fact you may be just starting out on your journey, apprenticing, learning how to combine new “flavors”. Gaining insight can feed inspiration as key ingredients to choosing what to use in the moment for creating and mixing your inner talents into a plan. Fueling your passion, power, patience and presence hones skills. Effecting change by moving into action becomes the icing on the cake.
