I came that they may have life, and have it in all its fullness. Jesus, John 10:10
Much of life in the United States is about living in a normal or average state. A quick look at our healthcare system would show insurers and providers are only concerned with getting patients back to a minimum standard. Education systems are set up to meet an acceptable baseline of good enough. Why should we settle for living in a state of being that is the lowest common denominator at best? We shouldn’t! We are designed for so much more!
Recognize
The first step is about recognizing you may not be living the life you want to live and that you desire to make changes. There is a gap between where you are and where you want to be. This is most likely a revelation you have already had, which has brought you to coaching. Coaching will help further explore this current state of who really you are by exploring how you were created: what are your strengths, values, passions, and life experience?
Imagine
What does life in abundance look like for you? Visualize all areas of your life – mind, body, and spirit – thriving and in harmony with your values. You are using your gifts and passions towards a life of meaning and purpose. Relationships with friends, family, and partners are authentic and strong.
Succeed
Next you will begin to set yourself up to succeed by taking who you are and the person you want to be to create a vision for your life. Coaching will provide you with the foundational tools to create clear goals and strong plans, along with the accountability to ensure your dreams become a reality.
Evaluate
We will check in to evaluate progress towards goals. Have you hit your goals? Great! What’s next for you? Are the paths we went down working? Are your goals still important? If not, we’ll adapt and refresh. This process will also empower you as you continue on your journey of who you are becoming.
