A Coaching Model Created by Mindy Greenberg, Executive Coach, UNITED STATES
The PROGRESS Model
As an executive coach, I use a blended model of consulting, mentoring, and coaching to help professionals thrive. As a Six Sigma practitioner, I see an overlap between tools used for process improvement and coaching. The PROGRESS model is based on process improvement methodologies that are tailored for coaching sessions.
