Tools:
1. Learning Style Inventory (available on the Internet)
Step 4: Determine whether any Unlearning is required to achieve this action
3) Possible Tools: “Stop/ Start/ Continue Doing” chart (Pl see Ann 1)
Step 5: Help the Client choose support methods to counter issues like time pressure, stress, the daily unpredictable hectic.
The basis of this should be the question to the client about what he/ she feels gets in the way of her achieving her goals day-to-day and, if she feels she needs support; then to say “we could look at a few ways” and proceed 1. The client could look at using a “Urgent vs. Important” grid for daily activity planning and ensure time allocation for the goal 2. Support the client with visual or auditory cues to help: It is critical that the client WANTS to have these support structures in place(else they can be disturbing and cause more pressure and unhappiness)
