Your journey will begin with an exploration of your core values and beliefs, and whether or not they are serving you. The decisions we make should be in alignment with our values. If they are not, it is time to reevaluate those values and look at how our beliefs can alter our decisions and impede our progress.
You are in control of your life. Don’t ever forget that. You are what you are because of the conscious and subconscious choices you have made.

To help develop your self-awareness, which is critical during all stages of the coaching journey, I will ask you powerful questions and hold you accountable for completing your selected action steps. You will receive feedback and I will reflect your words back to you for even greater awareness.
I will provide you with tools to help you move forward in your journey. These tools might include journaling, taking assessments, engaging in role-play, meditation or visualization, practicing mindfulness, doing homework or worksheets, and creative play with art, music and movement. You will make discoveries about what you truly want for your life and gain insight about thought and behavior patterns that may be hindering your progress or propelling you forward. You will gain confidence in yourself and your abilities. You might even have some fun!
When you have met your goal(s), we will celebrate your success! This step is often forgotten in our rush to get moving on the next goal. Take some time and do a happy dance; run through your neighborhood shouting,
I did it! I did it!
Celebrate what you have accomplished with the big juicy reward of your choosing! You have earned it!
