Stepping into the Personification of your Values
How have these values created success in your life? How do you use these Values in creating the life that you wish to life? How much of these Values are embodied in your Actions today?
Tapping into the Wisdom of your Senses. Standing in your Power. Understanding your equivalent of your Sword and Brush. Making the Move forward, aligning consistently with the ‘Why’ that you are. What is the next step that is waiting for you to take? What is does your next step forward look like?
If you check in on your Vision of Amazingness again, is there anything else that you would like to design or align?
What happens if you take the risk, feel the fear and do it anyway? If this is the case, then what new Values might you embrace into the fold?
Celebrating this becomes the anchoring and acknowledgement of successful actions completed.
The Focus Model – Explanation
We have the right to be Amazing. The essence of our Vision comes from an inner recognition that our authenticity has the right to shine.
This template works from the perspective that the values we cherish the most, in any combination, provides the essence that we wish to truly see most in our lives. It argues that if these are what we proudly identify ourselves with, is highly cherished and we can’t do without them, then we have the responsibility to realize their highest potential. The embodiment of values becomes passion expressed.
In knowing what values we care most about, we assess how much of this is in alignment with what we are doing now, how we are in relation to them and how we might create more expressions with them.
In working with our Shadow elements, we recognize that the existence of the parts of us that feel mis-aligned also carry the same potential. In daring to face what we fear or don’t wish to see, we move into Peace making and acceptance of these parts which we have shunned and rejected. Transcending the Shadow represents a route that could reveal new values-in-the-making, should we courageously dare to step into reclaiming these as ours.
In standing in our authenticity, we step out in full connection to the earth, the air and the senses. We begin to understand our own inner ecology and this radiates outward. The way we talk, walk and communicate becomes the embodiment of our ‘inner-sense’ of communing with our Values. Metaphorically, we become like the Swordsman wielding his sword and brush, communing with the environment and totally in alignment with all that we are. If we equate our highest potential with the highest expression of our Values, then we must necessarily live to the fullest embodiment of our cherished Values expressed in the physical. We owe this much to ourselves.
Coaching Application
The FOCUS model can be summarized as follows:
How do you see your own self-worth and self-value? Rating this on a scale to intuit the way you see yourself presently. What is the Essence of You?
The F.O.C.U.S model is meant to be iterative, and can be used in any order, depending on the Client. As Conversations deepen, the interlinking of each sections feed into each part in an integrative manner.
