AWARENESS To achieve any transformation, large or small, the first step is always to increase your awareness. Awareness is the awakening of a new perspective. It is the mindfulness that brings more attention to things that may have been automatic or overlooked in the past. It is the ability to get to truly know yourself which gives you the superpower to intentionally make the changes you want to see. |

WHO, WHERE & WHAT With increased awareness, shift your attention internally to explore Who you are and where you are. Explore your core values and how those are met or not met in your current situations and then shift that attention to what you want. What is that goal you are trying to achieve, What is the next move you want to make that will bring your life into more alignment with your values? |

ACCEPT, APPRECIATE & ACTIVATE Accept that who you are and where you are is the perfect place to start your journey, regardless of where that is. Appreciate the journey of awareness and exploration you have been on so far and the bravery it took to explore honestly. And then Activate! Activate your energy and your attention to the goals you have. Leverage your strengths and your values, and all the power you have cultivated to support you on this transformation journey. |

REALIZE, REFLECT & REVISE As your transformation moves forward, your deep awareness will start to translate into action allowing you to Realize your goals. Use this time to Reflect on what worked well for you, what new awareness you build and how you want to use that new awareness. If necessary, Revise your path. Remember, transformations don’t necessarily take a direct path. Reflection and Revision allow you to be nimble and flexible to ensure your transformation stays authentic for you. |

EVOLVE Your journey is constant and ongoing and will likely see many evolutions. Be kind to yourself and know that at any stage of the process, you can always circle back to an earlier stage. You may learn something new about yourself and want to check back in with that awareness to reset your direction. You may find yourself in a new situation that needs exploration. Or you may need a reminder to accept and appreciate where you are and where you are going. Always remember, this transformation is about the journey, not the destination. |
