Fear Less. Hope More. Live Happy. is about your journey of self-discovery and growth, from where you are today to where you would like to be in the future. We will work in partnership to identify your goals, assess your perceived limitations, and develop a plan of action to achieve your best life.
This process pulls techniques from positive psychology and law of attraction to assist you in shifting your mind-set to a more positive outlook in the hopes of leading to more happiness throughout your mind, body and soul.
This is about YOU. I believe that you are the expert in your own life and you are creative, capable and whole. As your coach I will promote a confidential, non-judgemental environment where I will listen, support, guide, observe, ask questions and provide honest feedback. My goal is to build rapport and mutual respect so our focus is on identifying, achieving and maintaining your goals.

Fear Less.
Fear is one of the biggest roadblocks to stopping us in our tracks from becoming who we want to be and living our authentic life. Although fear can become a barrier (fear of failure, fear of success, fear of not being enough, fear of embarrassment, of loneliness, of rejection, fear of change, etc.) we can also look at fear as a motivation for change.
Instead of being afraid of fear, let’s acknowledge, accept fear, rationally think about the purpose of fear and transform fear into the power of focus and commitment.
We will start at the root of you and the root of the issue and look at uncovering your fears and removing your armour. Who are you? What do you really want? Where are you now compared to where you want to be? What is it that is holding you back? What would you do if you knew you couldn’t fail? What would you do if you knew no one was watching? What current skills do you have to reach your goal? What do your values and interests say about your goals? What support systems do you have in place to help you move forward?
Some of you may know the answers to these questions right away, for others we may need to explore and take time to formulate ideas. The goal of this step is to begin the process of turning down the negative chatter and turning up the volume on positive expressions. Take a risk!

Hope More.
In this step, we will start to see some changes within in ourselves. Just as a trunk of a tree differs noticeably from the bottom of the trunk to the top, so too will you begin to notice a change as you grow.
Focus will be on creating a positive mind-set by moving away from negative thoughts and chatter. We will practice being kinder to ourselves by using positive words and affirmations and looking towards the positives of any given situation. This may not be an easy feat for all, however as a believer of “everything happens for a reason” and that positivity reflects more positive outcomes and experiences, we can look at reframing our perspective. By looking at situations from different angles we can generate a variety of options for moving forward in a manner that you feel at peace with. Questions might be: What have you learned? What is missing here, that once added will make everything flow? What is the worst thing that can happen? What do you think person X might be feeling, thinking, doing about this? If you look back in a year from now, is this problem so significant that you will remember it?

It is within this step that we will make decisions, develop a realistic and attainable action plan, anticipate any potential roadblocks that may present themselves and develop alternatives to overcoming the barriers. As your coach I will hold you accountable and challenge you along the way while also offering support and encouragement.

Live Happy.
Your forward motion and positive mind-set (trunk) has connected to your values (roots) which has led to growth in health, happiness and success (leaves). Each leaf is a different shape and size, representing different aspect and priority in your holistic life. It is important to maintain balance within your tree to continue to flourish.

The focus of this step is to maintain commitment, momentum and an overall state of flow. This is the time to celebrate your accomplishments. Go ahead, acknowledge yourself! This will only lead to feelings of more positivity thereby pushing you to the next level of living a meaningful and fulfilling life.

It is important to reflect on how the process is going. Does the plan need to be tweaked? Although carrying out the plan is an important part in the process of goal setting and goal attainment it should be assessed on a regular basis to ensure it is still working for you. Like the leaves of a tree it must be flexible and bend and sway in the direction of the wind. We must work for success and maintain a positive mind-set but working against the force would also be counter-productive. It is okay to make adjustments along the way.
I encourage you to live mindfully in the present, being grateful for all you have and all you are!
