Stage 2 – Reflect
Initiate work with client. Ascertain need for perspective shifting. Align on the current state and the desired state.
(Tool: SWOT, Johari, Values exercise and identify and define a Purpose).
Identify major situations causing challenge or mental agony. For each situation have client write down: Pain points, Pleasure points (from past), in general REFLECT. Opportunity & Threat areas (for future) Develop a balanced, positive outlook.

Identify need for additional inputs / checks, other tools Take away: Need for additional feedback tools / inputs.
Stage 3 – Evolve
Initiate work with client. Ascertain need for perspective shifting. Re-align on the current state and the desired state (with reflections there is a possibility of a change in desired state or even the current state)

Identify new situations causing challenge or mental agony as well as areas of new awareness. For each situation have client write down: Pain points, Pleasure points (from past) in light of the new awareness. Stage 4 – Act
Initiate work with client. Ascertain need for perspective shifting. Re-align on the current state and the desired state (with reflections there is a possibility of a change in desired state or even the current state) and agree on the GAPs. Based on this the Coach and Client set the Action steps. Visioning: Start from dream – vision – goal – POA Goal setting –What, How, How best — POA .Milestones for in between steps. Ensure clarity on ownership – who’s driving it`
(Tool: SMART Goals).
As part of the Action Stage
Identify new situations causing challenge or mental agony as well as areas of new awareness. For each situation have client write down: Pain points, Pleasure points in light of the new awareness. Take away: Goal custodianship.
Session 5
Transform Periodic measurement. Meeting of milestones, need to recognize, celebrate small wins. Reinforce importance to be on course via achievements so far. Sense feeling on goal alignment. Review, clarify. Refine action plan (course correction) if necessary. Check on both Logic and Emotions Thinking & Feeling) parameters: (I) How Am I doing, (ii) How am I feeling, What am I thinking. Take away: Think Feel ‘ sync . Take away: Measure, celebrate, reinforce.
