SelfAwareness… Becoming aware of who you are and what you do.
We will be reflecting together on daytoday situations in order to support you in becoming aware of where, when and how you are living or being lived by your strengths. Furthermore we will be exploring which needs are being or not being met.
Questions posed could be:
Which strengths were you living in this situation ?
What needs of yours were not being met and what can you consciously do to change this ?
Through becoming aware of who you are and what you do, you are acknowledging your unique individuality.
Individuality… Acknowledging your individuality.
Each of us is unique and different. Coaching is about acknowledging this uniqueness. In other words, it is about you, your strengths, your needs, your values, your perspectives. It is the exploration of your individuality that drives the coaching process.
Questions posed could be:
Acknowledging your individuality and all that it entails is a process that needs to be ongoing.
Ongoing… Observing yourself outside the coaching environment.
You can choose to make it a habit to reflect on which strengths you are living and which needs you are meeting or not meeting and to set priorities and take action outside the coaching sessions on an ongoing basis.

It is always important to nurture yourself.
Nurture… Being committed to nurturing yourself.
Listening to yourself and your needs is the first step towards selfnurturing. Consciously living your strengths and celebrating your wins & successes is also part of the nurturing process.
Acknowledge your accomplishments by giving your self a little treat like a pat on the back, a bubble bath, a nice walk or simply taking some time off to relax !
