L- If you think you are too busy to make time for yourself, too out of shape to take that yoga class, too old to wear that hair style, not the right candidate for that job interview, or feel limited by any number of other negative thoughts you may have, then you will stay stuck in a life that is unsatisfactory and un-fulfilling for you.
Let go of the limiting thoughts that are holding you back. Focus on your strengths!
E- Envision how you you will feel when you have that new job, flexible body or wonderful relationship. Really allow yourself to imagine the excitement and satisfaction of living the life you choose – picture it, write about it, dream it!
A- Take action! Make a plan! Tune in to your passions and find a way to make them part of you everyday reality. Free yourself from the mindset that you treading water in a pool of dissatisfaction. As Lao Tzu said,
A journey of a thousand miles begins with the first step.
P- Play with your new send of freedom. Venture outside your comfort zone. Leap into unexpected adventures.
Experiment with intriguing pastime. Sing a new song. Make a new friend. Enjoy your joy!
