A lot of people just live their life accepting whatever comes their way. This way of thinking provides them with an excuse in case of failure but prevents them at the same time to go after their dreams and to have a feeling of fulfillment.
Within a safe and trusting space, I want to help you to become aware of the endless possibilities you have when you take your life in your own hand. You have the power to influence your path, to make crucial decisions. Maybe there are choices and changes to be made, which might be challenging at times and which might frighten you. It is my task as your coach to guide you through this process of change and to support you in achieving your ultimate goal: living a balanced and fulfilling life!
Awareness
In the first faze all the different aspects of your life will be assessed, your private as well as your professional life.
Through powerful questions and mirroring back, I will help you to determine your values, your strengths and your underlying believes. It is crucial for the rest of the process to discover your authentic self.
We will work through fears and concerns, which might prevent you from moving forward. Without attaching any judgment to them.
Once you are fully aware of yourself and your power of choice, we can move on to the next step.
Brainstorming
In this stage of the process we will explore the changes you want to make in your life and clearly define the goals you want to set for yourself. It is important that these goals are aligned with your values and that they do not endanger the balance in your life.
We will examine the different options to achieve the desired goal. You will be encouraged to come up with as many options as possible. The more lateral the thinking the better! You will be challenged to look at your options from a different perspective and to explore new territory.
Once you choose the option that excites you most and suits you best, I will support you and motivate you to focus on the steps to take in order to achieve your goal.
Commitment
This is the phase where we make a concrete action plan to bridge the gap between the current situation and the defined goal. We will break it down to small, realistic action steps, which are specific and measurable. We will define priorities and set up a timeline and structures that will support you to stay on track!
As your coach I will remind you of your commitments and follow up on them.
I will encourage you to stick to the plan even when progress is slow or when there is a set back by repetition of old behavior.
I will help you to evaluate and adjust your actions if necessary.
But most of all, I will acknowledge you and celebrate your wins and successes.
Every small step counts!
When you continue to take the necessary steps towards your goal, the desired changes in your life will begin to take place. By achieving your goal, you will feel fulfilled and able to experience a life of purpose. You will reach your full potential.
By moving through this process, you will come to the realization that you are in control of your life. You will become aware of the possibilities and the power within you and this will inspire you to continue to take your life in hands!
