Fulfilling careers stem from the alignment of oneself, their work and the world around them. The goal of my coaching is to support clients to revisit their values and unleash hidden energy.
Career transition is usually accompanied by uncertainty, fear and other challenges like a pay cut, demotion, and skill mismatch. This is particularly true for professionals in high-paying and well-recognized jobs.
There are also three secret weapons our clients can use while they are on this journey towards more fulfilling careers. Visualizing success lets clients be fully immersed in an environment where they want to be and therefore regain power and motivation. Unlocking creativity in our clients helps them come up with unconventional solutions as every client is unique and knows the best about their own situations. Finally, creating access to information and network brings clarity and possibilities to clients, which in turns enhance their motivation and creativity.
The obstacles and secret weapons represent the black and white halves of the Yin Yang icon, respectively. It is also a metaphor for the inevitability of making a trade-off in a career transition process.
