A Coaching Model Created by Dane Sacree

Where did CREATION come from?
What is a way to create a world we want to live in? A world where all our dreams become a reality. Where we work from the most in-depth understanding of ourselves and create our existence. These appear to be very existential questions but questions that coaching so often answers. These powerful answers make powerful transitions that change the world we live in. As I reflected on this growth and change that many people experience through coaching, I found myself imagining each individual as a planet within a solar system interacting with each other but living their version of the world based on their experiences, strengths, values, and personality. As I envisioned this further, I realized that we change our outside appearance (world) as we work on ourselves. The value of the inward world is often shown by the beauty of the external. The wonder of nature, the interaction of organisms, and the unlimited potential to create. This thinking and curiosity of each person’s world lead to the discovery of my model, CREATION.
What is CREATION?
Creation focuses on building/ creating your world to demonstrate the beauty, dreams, experiences, and goals you want to have. It is changing internally to develop the following layers, impacting the external world. It is understating your dreams, goals, and motivations and the layer which is holding you back from experiencing them to the fullest. It is identifying what continents you want in your world and how they look. CREATION comes from the focus of rebuilding a planet to show the solar system that you are external. It is a focus on maintaining balance within, for even more outstanding results. It focuses on the reflection of what the outer planet looks like and what needs to change. It is a beautiful action of changing one’s world.
How does CREATION work?
CREATION works in layers. It starts with who you are, exploring how you identify, your story, and how you have perceived the world around you. In coaching, this is getting to know who the client is. What do they like? What do they know? How do our worlds interact for their benefit? It’s the discovery session and beginning sessions of coaching where the exploration of the person begins. This process continues throughout coaching, but it focuses on understanding the person and where they are.
Part of this step is also identifying how they see the other layers. Do they understand their values, strengths, personality, and how their experiences impacted them? Do they know what their goals and dreams are for life and how to motivate them to achieve it? Are they aware of what is getting in the way of displaying all the wonders they want to accomplish in the world? What do they wish their dream world would look like? These questions help build the fundamentals of the following layers, acknowledging exploration further.
The second layer of CREATION is the exploration of the person’s values, strengths, personality, intent, and experiences. These add valuable insight into how the person will interact with the rest of the solar system and create a more genuine world for them. By identifying this first step, the person understands who they are and what their world needs. Within this step is the creation of habits to keep the world running at its highest possible light. This includes conversations around stress, sleep, nutrition, exercise, wealth, and family. These valuable assets determine what is best for the world and what type of standards are needed to run at its highest. These are explored alongside the creation of each layer of the world.
The third layer focuses on exploring one’s dreams, goals, inspirations, and maintaining motivation and drive to achieve those dreams and goals. It is a layer that creates momentum to break through the layer of challenges and difficulties. This is the layer that is the most exciting in coaching as it is the layer we use to create the ultimate reality for the client. It is the layer that explores what the outside world will look like and how they will get to that layer. The momentum this layer creates is used in tandem with every layer to remind the client of the importance of what they are doing. It is used as the fire to ignite a movement and carry the action forward. This layer is usually the most exciting for the client.
The fourth layer is where a lot of coaching time occurs. This layer identifies what stops the client from dreaming big, keeping the client stuck, the client’s underlying beliefs, and their views about the world. This layer is essential as it is the final layer to break through for a full life. However, it is a layer that is understood through the other layers’ experience and continually needs to be broken through. Like magma pushing through the crust to make new land, the client needs to move through the difficulties to live the life they have always dreamed of.
The fifth and final layer consists of the outcomes of coaching. This is the outer planet filled with the continents of purpose, passion, and a life that the person always dreamed of. This layer is essential as it provides the layer for reflection. What looks good on the surface? What isn’t working? What is still be affected by other things? These are important questions to ask to identify the real feeling about the client’s work and what areas still need more growth. This external layer is the layer that the client lives within the solar system and can be created in whatever way they please, both consciously and unconsciously. The beauty of CREATION is that it can be applied to a person who wants to change their whole world or to someone who is stuck on one continent and wants to change it. It becomes versatile in explaining all the elements that create a complete, full, vibrant life of their dreams and goals.
