A Coaching Model Created by Claudia Meza Bellota
(Equilibrium Coach, PERU)
Spring up come into existence; take on form or shape; arise, originate, develop; be gradually disclosed or unfolded; become manifest; resurge.
SPRING UP coaching model was inspired on the symbol of the transformation that occurs when a caterpillar turns into a butterfly.
During their life Butterflies go through great transformation. The egg is the beginning, the birth of an idea or project. The larva is the decision to manifest something in the physical world. The cocoon represents “going inside” your internal reflection. The breaking of the cocoon involves sharing with the world your entire splendor.
The butterfly is the only living being capable of changing entirely its genetic structure during the transformation process: the DNA of the caterpillar enters the cocoon is different from the butterfly emerges. It is therefore the symbol of total transformation. The butterfly represents the need for change and greater freedom, and yet represents courage.
It takes courage to carry out the necessary changes in our growth process. I believe through SPRING UP COACHING we can work together to find clarity in thought processes, organize projects and determine the next step in our internal growth and attract the power of constant transmutation and the resurgence of the spirit.
As your coach I will join you in the process to leave your comfort zone and we will develop a partnership designed to help you get from where you are to where you dream to be.

What does SPRING UP COACHING stand for?
The process…..
Search within yourself and discover your values and passions
During this stage we will focus on your awareness, I will challenge you to go deep inside yourself to gain clarity on what is your purpose in life. Through the use of different tools we will work on the discovery of your values, desires and passions in life. This is a very important stage of the process as we spend most of our lives living by someone else’s values (family, society…) and not our own and we feel we are out of alignment but we cannot exactly understand why.
