Kindling
From the earth to the pit are easily combustible small sticks or twigs used for starting a fire, but when applied to the human condition can be used to fire-up, stir up, awaken, ignite, inflame, arouse or excite feelings, passions, and wonders in such a way that what is possible is re-imagined; creating a state of wellness that illuminates the mind, body, and spirit.

Premise
In order to go through true transformational change one has to go through the door of self reflection and awareness. However, often times we are fearful of what we may discover. The Kindling Coaching Model is based on the belief that in order to reach their greatness (a “Kindling State”) clients must first “strengthen their core or foundation” through a heightened sense of who they are and a clear sense of what they desire. This is where sparks begin and where gathering of what appears ordinary is transformed into the extraordinary.
Why Kindling?
The Kindling Coaching Model believes that everything clients need to live the best life possible is already right in front of them or, if it is not, they are resourceful enough to find their way to it. Everyone has values, empowering beliefs, strengths, talents, gifts, and experiences seasoned by conditions that when creatively and collectively applied (the whole system) can serve as a basis for igniting unimaginable possibilities. Resources that can serve as catalyst for accelerating their journey to the life they always wanted, one filled with purpose, passion, and promotion.

Focus
Is centered around the principles of positive psychology to assist clients with becoming more familiar with what makes them unique in order to establish a foundation of self trust, appreciation and love. The primary goal is to start from a place of empowerment (strength), while assisting the client with gaining clarity around what they want to achieve and by planning, and implementing management and control measures to maximize their probability of success. Let’s face it, the greatest gift client’s can provide themselves and world is to get really good at being them.
