We Are Inextricably Connected
You are beautiful.
A miracle.
You have greatness within you.
The stars aligned.
You are here.
There are no mistakes.
He who has a why to live for can bear almost anyhow.-Friedrich Nietzsche
My coaching model centers around YOU. No one knows you as you do. You hold the key to your being, your soul, and your destiny.
There’s only one you. Even if you have a biological twin. As much as you may be the “same”, you are also different. Just as you have different fingerprints, your footprint is uniquely your own.
Together we will work to identify your strengths, dreams, passions, gifts, and how you can live your best life while simultaneously giving back to the world.
If you feel lost, out of touch with your passions, or simply don’t believe they can come to fruition, you’re in the right place.
If you’ve been searching, or perhaps even given up, I will help you – help yourself.
Our journey together is all about you. Your desires. Your destiny.
Destiny:
It takes hard work and sometimes deep introspection. If you’re willing to work hard, so am I! We’ll dig in, discuss your dreams including the ones buried deeply below. The ones you didn’t initially verbalize.
I don’t have to “know” you – to help you. I take my cues from you. You’re in charge of your destiny! Think of me as the compass receiving direction from the road map you create! Live your dreams. Let’s strategize together to achieve your unmet desired outcomes.
We begin by honoring the feeling inside you that there’s more to what is now. That there’s so much more to do and achieve. It’s about the persistent itch inside you. The knowing. Knowing there’s something more. But you can’t seem to get there. And possibly not sure how to begin.
Please know you have what it takes to create the life of your dreams. The one you were born to live and that’s within your grasp.
Please know that I was once like you. Most mornings, getting out of bed and facing the day with a smile on my face was near impossible. A smile on my face? Forget about it! Getting up was difficult enough. I had to smile too? They were tough years and too many to count.
I was stuck in a negative circle of thoughts, routines, and habits, I couldn’t climb out. I had good days too of course, but it’s like this.
Think of walking down a familiar road or path. You know from experience, that about halfway down the road, there’s a large gaping hole in the center of your path. Your GPS notifies you there are other routes available, but you ignore the information. It feels easier to stick with what you know. What’s comfortable. Hoping that maybe this time, “it will work. It will be different.”
You don’t veer to the left or right, or jump over the hole. Nor do you turn around to avoid it. Funny thing is, the hole seems bigger each time you fall in. Yet it’s somehow comfortable, just not comforting. You’re miserable.
What will it take to walk around or jump over the hole in the road? Or taking an entirely different road altogether? Reflect on this for a few minutes.
Where in your life are you making the choices leading you directly to the gaping hole ahead?
When your alarm goes off signaling it’s time to wake up and begin your day, do you keep hitting the snooze button because you want to stay under the covers and asleep longer? Or do you excitedly open your eyes, realize the time and jump out of bed?
What is your life like? Who and what are you connected to? Do you have a gnawing feeling something is missing? Or that your career, although a good one, isn’t satisfying and you can’t imagine doing it for the remainder of your life?
If any of the above rings true for you, then you’re in the right place!
In the infographic below, you’ll see how, and how we will work toward identifying, living, and fulfilling your dreams and desires. My model is centered around the concept of “Ikigai”.
Ikigai (pronounced ee-key-guy) is a wonderful Japanese concept that essentially means “a reason for being.” It’s made from two Japanese words: like, meaning “life” and kai, meaning “effect, result, worth or benefit.” Combined: “a reason for living.” Always be learning! (3)
Combining our passions with our innate gifts, uncovering how we may serve the world and get paid doing so- brings us full circle to this ancient Japanese concept, or way of living called, Ikigai.

Living Your Dreams
Passions are how you live your life. Goals are the targets you set for yourself and work to achieve. A distinct difference.
Wouldn’t it be nice when your alarm goes off signaling time to wake up – instead of hitting the snooze button several times because all you really want to do is go back to sleep – you instead open your eyes, realize what’s ahead for the day – and eagerly jump out of bed?
That’s what occurs when you connect with – and live out – your passions.
As you identify your passions and gifts and hold them with intention, your desired outcomes appear. No, not overnight. There’s no miracle recipe for instant results.
Results come with time when you do the work.
Through taking the Passion Test and utilizing CONNECTION COACHING techniques, you will embark on a journey toward identifying not only your true passions but also your mission, vocation, and gifts.
