SPARK is a light that must be turned on to detonate the power of women.
It is a model focused on helping women overcome the barriers that limit their professional and personal development.
It is also a model to help men overcome unconscious bias and limiting beliefs that stop them to support women on their growth or express behaviors that are against equality.
It is a model designed to raise awareness, cooperation, and growth among men and women, to create more diverse and inclusive companies, relationships, and finally society.
Without this partnership, the reality of an equal society is not possible.
A model to empower women must empower men as well, to make them feel capable of sustaining a successful woman.
SPARK® supports a holistic perspective of leadership, a woman can be a leader at her home, community, or work, but above all, a woman must be a leader of herself.
SPARK® is intended to help women, men, and companies to adopt a diverse mindset and new behaviors that will make it possible to create a more equal and diverse culture.

Research has established that one of the main obstacles to creating more diverse and inclusive mindsets have to do with unconscious biases and limiting beliefs.
Many people think about themselves as more inclusive of what they are.
Self-awareness is the main step to accept their own unconscious bias a take and create personal responsibility around them.

A value-based purpose is energy that persons and organizations need to embrace to feel inspired, aligned, and driven.

Change can just be expressed and measured by adopting new behaviors and instigate clients to challenge their status quo.

Mexico´s reality
In Mexico 9 out of 10 women want to become executives. Only 3 out of 10 succeed.
Better prepared
Today women are every time better prepared.
Little participation
But they still have little participation in the work environment.
The glass ceiling is still present
Men:
Odds of moving up from one level to the next only drops from 23% at entry-level to 18% at the senior vice president level.
Women:
Odds drop dramatically
from 21% at entry-level to 3% at senior vice president level.

Two Stories
What I Heard while giving women therapy and coaching
Being a psychologist and a coach, I have had the opportunity to know the most intimate stories of women, to hear them when they suffer, when they celebrate, when they wish, when they accomplish what they want.
THEN I REALIZED THAT THE REASON I WAS AWARE OT these TWO stories WAS BECAUSE I WAS ALSO EXPERIENCING MY OWN TWO STORIES.
As a coach, my observations raised my curiosity…
And my curiosity was transformed into a purpose…
I made the conscious choice of integrating my self in just “one story”
One in which I could desire to be successful at work, a great mother, and enjoy a fulfilling and supportive relationship.
Then I committed myself to support women to integrate their two stories into a harmonious symphony.
To empower men to listen carefully to the “two stories” and overcome the unconscious bias that limits them to speak up and develop a more inclusive mindset.
And to uplift organizations to make diversity and inclusion a strategic priority, and embrace a path to achieve it.
