Building a rewarding career aligned with your true purpose.
The beginning of finding your true purpose starts with centering yourself. Self is defined as knowing one’s own identity.
Coaches can help a client discover their own self-awareness by doing simple exercises. Writing in a journal, asking for feedback from friends and family, or making a list of personal goals will help a client center themselves to know their own identity.
A client should know their own personal values as a part of identifying themselves. Once the self is defined the client can list their Natural Abilities. The natural abilities are the strengths of the client or natural talents.
When a client is trying to reach a goal their natural abilities will be the strengths used to accomplish the goal. If a client is having trouble reaching their goal they may need to recognize what Learned Skills will allow them to reach the goal.
Recognizing underlying beliefs and releasing judgment will help the client overcome barriers. Wisdom through experience and practice will allow the client to sustain an improved quality of life and increase their confidence to reach their goals after the coaching journey has ended.
