How am I doing ‘walking the talk’?
Here is how the dots of my life are connected; the process is ongoing, and the ride is getting smoother everyday as it takes me closer to living my life fully:
I am currently setting up my coaching&consulting practice and my niche is Global leadership development, cross cultural and transformational coaching. The choice of my niche comes directly from my experience and success as well as my passion for the corporate world, my multi-cultural, multi-country family life, and my fascination with the amazing power of the mind.
Due to the highly competitive and often ruthless nature of the corporate world, I found myself struggling with the ConnectEd model initially as I thought that it did not fit my niche. Yet it represents my core values as a person and it kept coming back to me. My professional success in a challenging work environment confirmed that there had to be a way out. My challenge was to formulate a process that would allow my inner beliefs and my outside world to be co-exist
And the great news is that it does exist.
After extensive research, based on my own professional experience and further to my ICA journey, I came to realise that the missing link in the corporate world is actually the ”PEOPLE” factor. It is too often overlooked and dismissed without enough consideration. With my new awareness, I wish to bring forward the concept of a ‘human-capital responsible’ leadership, as a basic and essential component of management, which supports the success of any corporation while ensuring the satisfaction of the individuals who contribute to it.
