Life is an amazing adventure and can bring us joy, exciting adventures, and wonderful experiences. But we all have to face it: The rollercoaster of life can also be very challenging, even painful sometimes!
Each and every one of us experiences times of darkness in our lives. This darkness shows itself in many different ways like depression and anxiety, low self-esteem, health problems, weight issues, grief, grievances, heartbreak, relationship or family problems as well as difficult life transitions. Change and adversities have a great impact on our lives and sometimes we get stuck and cannot find a way out on our own. We feel alone, lost, and overwhelmed by emotional pain. In those situations we easily loose sight of the bigger picture, the dreams and hopes we have, and we feel disconnected from the light that is shining deep inside all of us.
With my coaching model, I want to support my clients in finding new hope and emotional healing by creating a safe space where they can experience non-judgmental listening and compassionate understanding. I believe that in every disappointment, every challenge, even in pain, heartbreak, grief and dis-ease, lies a treasure that wants to be discovered and explored. We have the choice to turn these situations into chances for reflection, restructuring, and awakening.
My approach is geared to supporting my clients in finding unique solutions for their life, empowering them to make the choices that bring them joy, and helping them create a framework where they can safely explore new ways of thinking, feeling and acting so that they can live a lighter, brighter and more authentic life, just the way they imagine it to be.
Reach For The Light – Where There is LIGHT, darkness can be no more!
Longing
The first step of every transformation is the longing for change. Whether this happens consciously or subconsciously, you feel a pull to get up and do something, even if you have no idea yet, what these steps could look like. You are dissatisfied with the way your life unfolds, the way you deal with yourself and others, the actions you take or delay and somehow you sense that there could be more to life.
Questions to ponder during this stage of the process:
