Visualisation to reveal the potential of perception, making vision tangible:
- What does it mean to you seeing your purpose fulfilled?
- How do you feel when you see yourself approaching your purpose?
- Seeing yourself in this situation, how do you describe yourself if you were asked what you do?
Creating Momentum by manifesting vision in perception, reinforcing potential of purpose:
- How can you keep this present in you?
- How can you savour this feeling in you?
- Creating a structure to maintain this momentum:
- How do you remind yourself of it if need be?
Creating Movement Forward by relating own understanding to action:
- What has to happen in you for getting there?
- What quality can you contribute to what you do?
- What is your role in it when this happens?

Letting go of Conditioning: releasing prior assumptions, beliefs, expectations
- What stands in the way of your vision?
- What’s preventing your new intention from unfolding?
- How is your new intention going to affect your life?
Metaphorical exploration, e.g. with role play examples:
- Looking at people you admire: what qualities do you admire in them?
- What activities do you love to do? … How do they speak to you when you do them?
Exploration of what is true and authentic to oneself – now, at this stage of Evolution:
- Who is speaking now?
- Where does this voice come from?
- Meditation practice as tool to cultivate introspection (out of interest and upon consent with client only)
Verbalising perception that is felt inherently by Client in a statement:
- If you were asked: what do you intend to do – what would your statement be?
- How would you summarise your insights on your intention?
- What is your learning here?
By Setting an Intention you will…
