Perfectionist vs. Optimalist
A Coaching Power Tool By Caryl Earwaker Luethy
Transformation Coach, SWITZERLAND
We will examine two different types of Perfectionist vs. Optimalist in this Power Tool: the classic negative form of the Perfectionist and at the other end of the continuum, the positive form of a Perfectionist, which is an Optimalist. We can still achieve great things if we accept and celebrate our shortcomings. This idea will help us to be more resilient and to continue forward as Optimalist. My counseling goal is to provide clients with a safe haven where they can discover their true selves and inner knowledge, break free from the mask of perfectionism, and move on, feeling free and inspired.

The Importance of Helping Employees Finding Their Own Purpose in a Corporate Environment – An Experimental Project.
A Research Paper By Paola Gallucci
Transformational Coach, UNITED KINGDOM
Corporate reasoning is not known for fostering employees’ individuality. Instead, particularly in previous decades, their culture was seen as successful if it was able to attract “pleaser” workers who would obediently follow the management’s directives, which were aimed at the company’s greatest profits. The fairly recent financial scandals made everyone aware of the unethical behavior that results from this environment and attitude, and both the media and regulators began to place a strong emphasis on ideas that previously did not exist, like Ethics and more frequently Values, that regulators around the world now require every company to demonstrate.
Resignation vs. Recuperation
A Coaching Power Tool By Douglas Cryns
Confidence Coach, GERMANY
We may reclaim our resolve, retake control, and renew inspiration and creativity by switching from resignation vs. recuperation. It provides us with the energy we need to face life’s problems. New eyes, enable us to discover previously impossible routes and turn them into opportunities. It allows us to take a first, crucial step forward that only requires us to stop moving, clear our minds, and stop struggling. It’s the time when we give ourselves permission to breathe and realize how much room we have. In the end, it inspires assurance.
Spiral of Intent
A Coaching Model By Ufuk Mahmutyazicioglu
Life Coach, SWITZERLAND
Based on the transformational process I’ve been going through since starting my coaching studies, this worksheet represents my coaching paradigm. When I step back and observe my process, I see that this transformation can be likened to a spiral movement that starts at the core with love and trust and then develops outward from there. The power of the transformational movement comes from the intention itself. For this reason, my model is called a spiral of intent. Discover, Identify, Create, and Apply are the four steps of this spiral coaching model, which expands with the force of will.
From Fear To…
A Coaching Power Tool By Olya Taran
Life Coach, UNITED STATES
Fear can cause people to hesitate, take no action, or make extremely cautious decisions. All of this hinders development and progress and creates tensions. We can’t advance out of this dread since it makes the next level seem insurmountably difficult. If we fail to meet the standards of the next level, the sense of accomplishment we get from the current level may be wiped out. But there is no growth and no advancement without a challenge.
Project Empowerment – A Unique Purpose-Coaching-Journey
A Coaching Model By Paola Gallucci
Transformational Coach, UNITED KINGDOM
The Project Empowerment coaching model provides a journey through our limiting beliefs, values, strengths and weaknesses, non-negotiables, and desires. This journey will flow in the joy of discovering our true purpose, whether it is at work or outside of it, and will lead to the ocean of our empowerment as we view our lives from a new angle. It’s a coaching approach that was initially designed to speak mostly to corporate professionals between the ages of 50 and 55, when people begin to reflect on their life and wonder what remains of their youthful selves and whether they want to live that way going forward. The model’s language was chosen with the corporate “do attitude” in mind.
Typical Pitfalls When Creating Accountability and Strategies for Effective Action Against Them
A Research Paper By Douglas Cryns
Confidence Coach, GERMANY
The purpose of this paper is to raise awareness of the common mistakes made when creating frameworks for accountability. It does this first by outlining the importance of accountability and how to implement it. Then, I’ll detail common accountability pitfalls we encounter when trying to achieve our goals, why they are, and what we can do to prevent them. In coaching, it’s crucial for coaches to make sure their clients receive the help they need to carry out their plans and reach their objectives. Support includes the means to ensure commitment to achieving goals, as well as the tools, people, structures, and ways to achieve and measure those goals.
Rejection vs. Connection
A Coaching Power Tool By Ufuk Mahmutyazicioglu
Life Coach, SWITZERLAND
The more I write about the power tool Rejection vs. Connection, the more I realize how lacking self-love and self-esteem is the perspective of rejection. I understand the link between a person’s thinking and their love of themselves. How we perceive ourselves is influenced by how we are interpreting the world around us. Coaching in its various forms naturally leads us to a growth attitude. A useful way to foster connection is coaching. A perspective of connection might help us be willing to confront our reality and open to change while yet being able to manage our emotions. I will always be grateful for my coaching career.
