Have you thought that among the billions of people who have lived, live now, and will live on the planet Earth, no one is like you? You possess, just as each and every human being, unique traits such as your fingerprints, your iris, your teeth dentition, your tongue and ear prints, your DNA, and even your microbial “signature”.
Have you realized your uniqueness?
Not only our physiology but our psychology establish our uniqueness since we perceive reality purely through our own personal experiences. “There are no facts, only interpretations,” as Friedrich Nietzsche said.
By recognizing our unique characteristics and traits and our personal perception of reality, we can live an authentic and whole life. And through coaching, we can create our personal road map and walk the path our heart dictates.
Life for many people is a difficult balancing act between what we believe and how we live out these beliefs. This requires self knowledge and awareness. Knowing our self means that we have a deep sense of what is important to us and we align our life using our strengths in order to induce the necessary changes.
Knowing our self encourages a shift in perspective, a shift from doing and having to being, a shift from autopilot to awareness. It means that we feel strong and safe within our own existence but at the same time we are vulnerable and open.
Coaching helps you embrace all that you are
Coaching is the art of awakening the whole of our potential; it empowers us to fully embrace the entirety of who we are. It is a deep and loving exploration of what our heart and soul is longing for, and a courageous step into a new relationship with life itself!
Coaching is present focused, actions and results oriented, generative in nature and requires us to be accountable for what occurs in our lives. Any type of coaching focuses on where we are in this present moment, where we want to go and how we want to get there. The “heart” of coaching is self-awareness.
Coaching helps us to go through a personal transformation, to come up with a new paradigm and usually, at the end of the process, there will be a shift in perspective and we will experience life differently. It offers us the space and the tools that will support us throughout our exploration journey and will facilitate the understanding of the change process. Coaching is helping us to peel away the layers of our old self-concept so we are able to discover and reconnect with the truth of who we are.
It is a wonderful gift to know who we are and what we stand for because this is the source of our personal power, our anchor, the treasure and the alchemist within us that support us throughout our journey in this life.
