ICA (the International Coach Academy) and CCE (the Centre for Career Excellence) celebrated the 3rd graduation ceremony on 1st June in Lifelong Learning Institute Singapore. It is a ground-breaking Career Coach face to face training programe launched in Oct 2016 and available to professionals and corporate leaders. This group of graduates started their learning from Feb this year and have successfully completed their 3 months intensive journey to equip the skills of becoming a Career Development Facilitator and people helper in Singapore.
This marks the first time a career development centre in Singapore has joined with one of the world’s leading coach training academy to enable professionals and corporate leaders across Singapore to gain a Certified Coach Skills (Career Coaching) Certification from ICA and a Certified Career Coach Certification from CCE at the same time.
ICA Chief Strategy Officer, Viya Chen represented ICA to have a talk about LIFE PLAN in graduation ceremony. We celebrated that there are 40 graduates from this program and they have demonstrated their passion to support other people’s life by completing the requirements of attending classes, create coaching case study, coach and be coached by ICA students from global community, do a coaching video and reflection in 3 months period.
With ICA’s unparalleled global network of coaches and members, alongside the Centre for Career Excellence’s resources in career development learning, this synergy will present a powerful partnership to build a community of career coaches in Singapore. Congrats all the 40 graduates from this program. They have added coach training to their existing career and expertise and take the first steps toward becoming a professional career coach by this face to face training program in Singapore.

新加坡职业教练技能学员毕业典礼：创建人生计划
六月一日，澳洲【国际教学学院ICA】和新加坡【CCE the Centre for Career Excellence】在新加坡终生学习学院举行了第三届毕业典礼。这一个以英文授课职业发展教练技术课程，从2016年十月，成功启动面对面的国际教练培训课程，搭配跨区域的中英文同侪教练辅导，其具备开创性意义，此课程针对专业和企业领导人士。本届毕业学员们从今年2月开始学习至今，他（她）们成功完成了时长3个月的教练培训历程，在这此学习旅程中，他（她）们学习了职业发展教练引导的技能，并在新加坡开始启动专业教练的首部曲，完成18个学分，并搭配职涯发展的知识，进入帮助他人的专业行列。
这是新加坡的职业发展中心，首度联手世界领先教练认证培训学院，一同致力于在新加坡专业人员和企业领导人士的培训，使他（她）们不仅通过ICA获得教练技能（职业教练）学分证书 ，同时也获得CCE授证的职业发展学习证书。
在毕业典礼上，ICA首席亚洲区策略长Viya Chen陈薇雅，也是这次课程的导师之ㄧ，做了有关「人生计划」的演讲。和CCE代表与另ㄧ位职业发展的导师，也是ICA的毕业生Steven Seek共同勉励庆祝，此合作课程共计40位毕业生们乐衷终身学习的成就，他（她）们在自己的专业外，投入参加课堂学习，教练次数的要求，创建了各自的教练案例分析，并在一个全球社群中，实现ICA学员们参与的同侪教练活动，同时，在学时3个月的时间里，记录了教练视频和学习反思，这一切都展示出每一位毕业生们在支持他人职涯发展与提升人生幸福感的热情。
