I am a Registered Social Worker in private practice, and I am incorporating my new coaching skills into my counseling work. I find it a beneficial tool for some clients and in certain situations, especially when it comes to taking action steps and working in a goal-oriented way.
I have many great memories from my time at ICA, but the most valuable was/ is the peer coaching with my colleagues. I learned a lot about myself in the peer coaching process, and I am grateful that I’ve made such wonderful connections.
