After a series of failed treatments and years of chronic pain, ICA Coach Tom Seaman took the bull by the horns and dedicated himself to a variety of symptom management techniques including coaching that greatly improved his quality of life and is helping him to do the same for others.

In 2015, Tom published his book, Diagnosis Dystonia: Navigating the Journey. This combination autobiography, self help, education book provides treatment options, coping strategies, skills for daily living, and tools for dealing with the physical and mental challenges of life with a chronic health condition.
