International Coach Academy (ICA)’s Chinese Program Year Book is the culmination of coach training Graduates work and is an exciting and inspiring milestone for them. ICA graduates are highly qualified people from a variety of professional backgrounds and after more than 200 hours of coach training and practice, exploring and deepening their understanding of coaching and synthesised their learning through their student portfolio assessments.
Graduates of ICA Chinese’s coach training programs have been using their coaching skills though out Asia to great effect. These coaches come from business backgrounds, are human resource professionals from global top 500 companies, graduates of Peking University, Tsinghua University, Ph.D., doctors, soldiers, psychological counselor, and from other fields. By passing ICA graduation assessments, they have developed their own coaching model, explored an area of interest that connects in some way to the coaching Influences and developed a power tool which will cause a perspective shift or reframe in the client. Their unique models and research experience form the basis of their coaching niche and will influence the industry in which they work.
The Graduate Yearbook offers an opportunity for those interested in coaching and coaching research to read more on the subject and find out more about the graduates, who have devoted considerable time and effort to learn to become professional coaches, their ideas and enthusiasm.

国际教练学院中文课程毕业生学习专业教练课程的内化结晶，这是一个令人振奋又具启发性的新里程碑。ICA毕业生是一群在各专业领域拔尖人士，经过200多小时课程与实践、探索与深化，融合出最能代表他们自己独特性的关于教练不同层面与层次的作品。学程与作品充分体现教练精神的本质之一，人皆具其答案与智慧。
从十多年前教练技术这个名词在中国形成的个人提升进修显学现象，到近年来自世界各国的教练公司进入亚洲和中国企业为中高阶领导提供一对一或团队教练服务，ICA自有中文课程以来三年半的时间恰恰正是影响并见证了教练服务在专业与利基上的提升。未来，无论是企业或是个人，或是其他机构，对教练的专业和素养的要求只会愈来愈高，而能够有其独特模式与利基的现象也将更明显。
ICA中文课程在华人地区持续培养出色的教练，他们不仅过去的企业经历丰富，500强从事人力资源方面的专才，更多来自北大，清大，博士，医生，军人，心理谘商师等领域。通过ICA的毕业要求， 他们各自发展出属于自己的教练模式，对一议题深入进行研究形之论文，创造观点重塑的有力工具。他们的独特模式与研究心得正在逐渐形成其利基教练事业，正在影响著这个产业与市场。
这份刊物的呈现，一方面让对教练有兴趣的您有机会多深入认识和教练相关的论点、模式、研究等， 一方面让投入相当多时间与精力学习成为专业教练的ICA毕业生们传达他们的理念与热情。
