At ICA Graduation is the Beginning, Not The End...
Graduation marks a point in time where you complete your certification, and enter the coaching industry as a Certified Coach. You also become a member of ICA's alumni; a lifetime association with the International Coach Academy community, networks and friendships.
But it's not the end of your personal or professional growth or development as a coach. The graduate program is an opportunity to continue classes and labs after graduation, to refine your niche, build your coaching practice, and/or earn Continuing Coach Education credits (CCE's). ** Normally $1,140 USD (free this month with Level 1 and 2 enrollments)
Program Pathways
Our programs are accredited with the peak body for coach training; International Coaching Federation. There are direct pathways between all our programs, with the option for Level 1 and 2 graduates to directly pathway towards an ACC or PCC credential.

The ICA Coach Collective is a place where you can continue to develop the relationships you formed as a student and draw on the ICA Community for resources and support as you continue to grow and develop as a coach.Continue your coaching conversations, friendships and industry networks via the ICA Coach Collective and align your coaching practice with the respected and credible ICA brand. This is available to all alumni (free).
Brand Alignment
Industry respect and recognition
Graduate Coaches can align with ICA's brand as a way of showcasing they have demonstrated the skills, expertise and knowledge required to practice as a coach within their scope of practice. This includes an ICA Coach badge (specific to level of certification), listing in the ICA Yearbooks and via portfolio publishing in the ICA blog.
