Judy Zhu is a bilingual leadership coach with 20 years of experience supporting people, with a passion to continue learning new coaching techniques and approaches. She believes everyone has a chance to live up to a better version of themselves; and throughout the past years, she has partnered with internal and external clients on this incredible journey.
Judy has experience in global management in the corporate sector and has run global strategic projects and dealt with issues of coping with cultural conflicts, and struggling with work & life balance.
When working with clients, Judy invites her clients to explore their own personal values, reflect on behaviors and patterns, explore deep feelings, and use what is called “clean language” to identify and develop new strategies and behaviors that will help them achieve their goals. Offering a well-rounded approach to coaching, she draws from a variety of coaching theories and techniques, including cognitive behavior theory, neuro-linguistic programming, transactional analysis, leadership embodiment, and more.
Judy has a master’s degree in MBA from Nanjing University and is certified in PDP, SHL, and NLP programs.
