What is EVERCHANGE Coaching Modell? Imagine climbing the mountain. I believe that achieving change is like conquering the mountain and you evolve as a person after the climbing experience.
To conquer the mountain you need to successfully reach your summit and then safely get back to the basecamp. To achieve it you will need key elements that play a major role, to work together in a balanced way. You will find those key elements in your external and internal environment. In your external environment, you need the proper weather conditions, secure equipment, and a reliable guide. If your internal environment which is most important – you need your ideal self in the best possible condition.
The weather conditions stay out of your control. The climbing gear is partly under your control – you can only choose the quality and how to use it but you cannot control how it is manufactured. Your relationship with the guide depends on the attitude of both of you. Finally, the only key element that you truly can have full control over is You.
To support you in this transformational adventure journey of change I have created a unique coaching model EVERCHANGE. It supports a proven process of sustainable change. It is created based on science, based on my own experience, and based on the feedback from people who went through the journey of change themselves.
Many concepts support change that has already been created. There are countless «how to change» processes, strategies, systems suggesting that you can change in 5 steps, or 7 or maybe 21 or 100. It doesn’t matter. Ste-by-step strategies er endless. All of them tap into similar concepts and it is not rocket science to learn all about it. It is all out there. The challenge is to apply key elements of change in real-life situations.
Throughout the years I have been experiencing huge changes in my life. Some of them were planned, others not. I was always adapting to change quite fast, usually the hard way, even though I was aware of the key elements that played a major role every time. Long story short I managed by trying and failing to finally map key elements of change that worked for me every time in real life. I have set them up together in a unique way to achieve sustained, desired change.
The model is my contribution to the world and above all, I want to share with you how to apply this action-based model into real-life experiences. Change is not a step-by-step linear process that progresses in some particular sequence. There is no need to complete one phase to start another. Change is a process that happens simultaneously. For the sake of learning and applying the entire process of change for the first time, it has to happen in some sequential form. This is because humans are not made for multitasking so you will focus on one element air a time.
EVERCHANGE is a blended coaching model that gives you a framework that you can choose to apply. You can choose to go through it in a sequential order to learn and test or simply choose what to focus on and partner up to work on one thing that serves your purpose best. Everyone is on the different stages of a personal journey of change.
To conquer the mountain might be an adventure of your lifetime and you need to prepare for it well. EVERCHANGE Coaching Modell provides a holistic approach to complete this adventure successfully. You are the most important key element of successful change and we are going to focus on you.
We are going to have a look into details of your current Self so you can start preparing for your journey, your climb, and your summit. We are going to break down your current Self into the basic building blocks, redefine whatever it will be necessary, and reassemble it into your desired ideal self.
This adventure will also take you on a journey inside to reconnect with your true self, your core. Just like the core of the atom consists of positively charged Protons and neutral Neutrons your core is positively charged when you reconnect to your true self.
Reconnecting to your true self will help you to release unlimited internal power, the energy, the driving force that will fuel your vision, and the entire journey of change.
The moment of change is the decision and it happens instantly. It feels like your first step towards the summit of the mountain that you have dreamed to reach. The challenge is the entire climb up that leads you to the very moment of summiting and then the climb down that helps you to reach safely the basecamp and sustain your change. This is a complete EVERCHANGE adventure journey.
Your time and your effort during this journey are essentials and there is no quick fix. Once you will learn how to conquer the mountain by yourself you will have the knowledge, skills, and necessary equipment to conquer any other mountain in your life. You will have a blueprint for your change.
You will be working on the key areas of your life. It will not be easy and it will not happen overnight. You will learn the exact process of change, you will test and learn how much effort you need to put in every step and you will experience how much time every single step requires of you. It is said that human nature is to fear change. I believe human nature is to fear the unknown that is often related to change. Only you can conquer your mountain and only you can put enough time and effort to get this done. It is tough and It might be terrifying just to think about doing it on your own.
That is why we are going to create a partnership for this journey, we will be climbing together and I will be your guide.

E – your EXPERIENCES
All elements of the model are equally important and they simultaneously play their roles in your journey of change. Your current experience however is the solid foundation to start from. At this stage, we are going to explore your current level of readiness for this adventure, your current self.
And just like the preparation for the big mountain you need to honestly look at yourself and what is your physical and mental state.
We are going to disassemble all key elements of your identity to see who you are right now. We are going to break down your life situation into small pieces to see where are you right now in life and what exactly is your current situation.
We are going to map what are your painful problems that you desire to resolve and what is the source of those problems. We are going to recognize your overall readiness for change and what are the major challenges you are facing that you want to change for the better. Then we are going to start working on changing your perspectives to make space for your new ideal self.
V – your VISION
At this stage, we are going to explore your desired future. After we break down your current self into the basic building blocks we are going to turn around every single piece to figure out what is it exactly and how you want this piece to be part of your ideal self.
You are going to design your ideal version of yourself that is capable of conquering your mountain.
We are going to explore your life vision in key areas of your life. What is it that you want? We are also going to explore your why, values, beliefs, and principles and you are going to design your dream future life and master your perfect day. Your core, it’s the source of unlimited power that will fuel your entire transformation.
E – your EDUCATION
Education is the key element that you need, to cover the gap between your current life and your dream life. Where you are today is the result of your past thinking, your past beliefs, and your past actions. We are going to explore your current knowledge, skills, and superpowers, everything that led you to this point that you might take further on your journey.
Then we are going to map what do you need to learn, what knowledge and skills you need to acquire to be prepared for the big mountain. You are going to create a plan for your personal development and upgrades. This is a simple and effective way to gain satellite view and hold yourself accountable.
R – your RESPONSIBILITY
Where you are in life right now is entirely your responsibility. At this stage, we age going to explore how have you been taking responsibility in your life so far.
To succeed with your adventure journey of change, you need to own your journey. You are going to explore and learn how to take control of every decision you are making. We cannot have control of most of the things happening around us, like the weather in the mountains.
You can only have full control over how you are going to be prepared and how you are going to respond to the events that you will not be able to control during the ascent and descent. You will face challenges, you will have to acclimatize and sometimes you will have to step back to the basecamp, to wait for the better conditions in the environment, and try again and again.
The ability to respond is your choice and you have the freedom to choose your attitude towards everything around you. No one has control of your life but you.
C – your COMMITMENT
Commitment takes you to your summit. It doesn’t leave the same space for failure. Once you create your commitment that feels natural, you will have the confirmation for your life purpose.
If you are not committed you will not reach the summit.
Commitment comes from within, you can feel that it is aligned with your vision and your ideal self and this will keep you motivated until your summit.
Now – when you know where you are today, where you want to go, what do you need to learn to get there, and finally having the awareness that it is entirely up to you, it’s your responsibility, then and only then you create your true commitment.
From this point, it will be much easier to do the necessary work and face upcoming challenges. You are going to make up your decisions on how to move forward and you are going to own your own decisions.
H – your HABITS
Your habits are the secret weapon on the adventure of conquering your mountain. You must master your habits so you can reach your summit and safely get back to the basecamp. We are going to explore your current habits in terms of the recent scientific achievements and best practices created so far.
We are going to break your habits down into details. You will be looking for those that are not serving your future vision and replacing them with new ones. You will learn how habits work, how to connect them with your vision and purpose, and how to maintain good ones.
Understanding your automatic behaviors on an everyday basis is the key element to build sustained desired change.
A – YOUR Actions
Commitment is crucial to action and action is a foundation of sustained change. And let me make it crystal clear – nothing happens until you get into action. Climbing the mountain is not a single event, it is a series of actions accumulated over time.
We are going to explore the action items that will lead you to create habits that will serve your vision. We are going to explore what stops you from getting into action and what are the specific components that create your procrastination. Based on your exploration and your learning we are going to develop a highly actionable plan for each key area of your life as defined in your vision. Most of the accidents in the mountains happen on the way down so we want to make sure that you are not going to fall.
N – your NAVIGATION
We are going to work on the best implementation of your action plan. Once your action plan is launched it will create momentum and a state of flow that we are going to analyze. You are going to learn how to recognize the action items that bring the best results. You are going to learn how to stay motivated, how to focus on those actions, and how to stay in the state of flow. Finally how to measure, iterate, and improve the actions and repeat them for as long as necessary to make your vision come true.
G – YOUR Gratitude
The whole adventure of conquering the big mountain is exciting and it takes time. Developing an exciting vision for your future and the process of change required to get there might very often feel overwhelming.
The big mountain might be a long and sometimes difficult climb. To avoid stress and anxiety it is extremely important to stay balanced throughout the whole journey. The concept of overall well-being is the perfect tool, just like a Swiss knife in your pocket, that you can pull out at any time during your climb.
Gratitude allows you to work towards your vision and stay balanced at the same time. You will learn how your thinking impacts your well-being and your results, how to live in the moment and be happy before you achieve your vision. You will also learn how to manage your energy and what are the practical tools that will support you on your adventure.
E – YOUR Evolution
Once you work through all key areas of change during this program you might get awareness that will move you forward to the next level. That’s what we call «Evolution» in this model. You evolve as a person and adapt to the ever-changing environment by changing yourself. This evolutionary state of mind is very empowering and with time it will bring you new experiences in life. This process might create a shift in your perspective and with time you might look at your Self and your situation differently again. You might discover new opportunities for improvement that were impossible to be uncovered without the experience from the complete previous journey.
And just like after conquering the big mountain you get back to the basecamp with new learning that enriches you with experience, skills, and knowledge on how to climb another mountain and reach another summit in your life. Your journey of change might start all over again and the cycle repeats as long as you will have a desire to climb another mountain in your life.
