Introduction
My niche and model were inspired by my own journey of healing and RISING into the person I am today. After going through a divorce with a child, I had to learn to navigate through life on my own. I leverage my life experiences and my journey through the RISE model.
My Niche
Working with single moms who are transitioning out of a relationship that has ended through divorce, separation or death.
Who are challenged with keeping up with the day to day demands of being a mom and being on their own and also trying to fully heal from their past relationship?
I guide you to find clarity on who you want to be for yourself and as a mom while gaining confidence and managing your time more effectively.
So you can RISE up into your new life.
The RISE Model – the Journey together
Heal
In this beginning stage of the process, it’s about healing from within, understanding your current situation, identifying what you would like to change and why this is important to you. We explore your past relationship and accepting what happened. This is where you will look at what are you holding on to that might be keeping you back, areas that we will explore are:
Awaken
In this stage of the process, it’s about uncovering who you are, your beliefs and assumptions and embracing that person and exploring where you want to be. Some areas we will look at are:
Possible worksheets to help with the process: The Wheel of Life and the Values Game
Rise
In this final stage, you will use your brand new awareness of yourself to begin focusing on what you want in your life. We work together on a plan to achieve it. This is an exciting phase as YOU get to decide what happens next as you RISE up into your new life.
Conclusion
Each stage may take several sessions and the process takes courage and a willingness to want to make a change and step into your new life. When I say “new life” it’s not a brand new life, but a new awareness of the life you have and the new possibilities that have risen to the surface from doing the work and really looking at what you want for yourself. I am here for you and I am ready to help guide you every step of the way!
